Hay que recordar que tener una mascota es realmente un lujo, no solamente eso, es un ser vivo el cual necesita atencion, cuidados y cariños. Cuando vayas a comprar un cachorro, no por que tenga pedigree significa que sea un perro de calidad o que realmente vale el precio que te estan diciendo, asegurate que es el perro que deseas viendo a sus padres para que te des una idea de como va a ser cuando crezca. Recuerda que tienes que estar seguro de poder mantenerlo y darle siempre lo mejor, algunos lo pueden comparar con tener un hijo y tarde o temprano sera parte de la familia asi que mucha suerte.

Pelaje/Fur
Ya sea que tengas un perro o gato con pelo largo es recomendable cepillarlo de 2 a 3 veces por semana, de esta manera evitaras que se formen nudos y que se estimule el crecimiento de mas pelo. Es importante ya que cuando lo lleves a una estetica sera mucho mas facil bañarlo y cortarle el pelo.

Salud/Health
Debes estar muy pendiente siempre del comportamiento de tu mascota, si notas algun cambio en su actitud o que por ejemplo esta muy silencioso o lo notas triste. Es mejor que acudas al veterinario cuanto antes ya que eso es un signo de que no todo esta bien en cuanto a su salud.

Alimentación y nutrición/Food and nutrition
Cuando tu mascota tiene comida de calidad, como por ejemplo buenas croquetas para perros, no es necesario darles restos de comida ni cosas fuera de su dieta. Si no llegase a comerse sus croquetas lo recomendable es ponerle aderezó especial para perros para que de esa forma estimule su apetito. Si no encuentras algún aderezó un poco de atún en su comida sera suficiente en el caso de perros y gatos.
